As fast and reliable as we are, our methods of manufacturing offer, possibly one of the most economical ways of producing pre-production prototypes. Favoured by most of industry, once we have tooled up for your prototype, assuming no changes are to be made, then you are already tooled up for production. Compare this with other methods, which cost almost as much for a single prototype and, once approved, you then need to spend as much again (if not more) to tool up for production.

 

Our unique technical capabilities combined with state-of-the-art CAD/CAM and CNC equipment mean we can build quality mould tools for high performance production with interchangeable, close tolerance components either from single or multiple cavities.

At eMould (uk) Ltd we pride ourselves in offering you quality made injection moulds. We will not outsource your moulds overseas like so many toolmakers do today. They will be made right here in our facility, by our small staff with over 40 years of experience.
